摘要
基于热镀锌工艺中酸雾的产生原因,介绍了酸雾抑制剂、静电除雾法、单侧吸式排风罩和双侧吸式排风罩等目前国内常见的酸雾收集方法,提出了一种移动罩式收集装置并进行了改进应用。改造后,酸雾吸收率由30%提高到80%,废酸的回收率由83%提高到91%,节约成本36万余元,同时有效地降低了酸雾对周围环境的污染,实现了节能减排。
Based on the causes of acid mist in the process of hot dip galvanizing, the common collection methods of acid mist in China, such as acid mist inhibitor, electrostatic demisting method, unilateral suction exhaust hood and bilateral suction exhaust hood, were introduced, and a collection device with mobile hood was proposed, improved and applied. After improvement, the absorption rate of acid mist was increased from 30% to 80%, the recovery rate of waste acid was increased from 83% to 91%, the cost was saved more than 360 000 yuan, the pollution of acid mist to the surrounding environment was reduced effectively, and the energy saving and emission reduction were realized.
