摘要
通过对北京某高层建筑底部抗震墙拆除的工程实例进行分析,给出了拆除底部抗震墙的加固方法、施工措施、工程造价估算等内容。该项目造价高,施工期间影响整个大楼正常使用,地处中心城区环境和噪声污染严重,故此类工程应权衡利弊,慎重处理。
Based on the analysis of an engineering example on demolishing shear wall at the bottom from a high-rise building in Beijing, the strengthening method, construction measures and engineering cost estimation of demolishing shear wall at the bottom were given. The project had a high cost, and affected normal use of the whole building in construction period, and was located in the central city with serious environmental and noise pollution, so this kind of project should be treated carefully after weighing the advantage and disadvantage.
