近十年中国女大学生村官研究回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Research on Female College-Graduate Village Officials in China in the Past Ten Years

自2008年党中央、国务院在全国范围内全面开展选聘高校毕业生到农村任职工作以来,大学生村官选聘工作已经走过了十年的历程。选聘大学生村官工作起初是在个别地区先自发性探索,随后在全国多地区大范围试验推广,进而由地方试点上升为国家顶层设计,大致经历了四个阶段。近十年来关于女大学生村官研究的主要议题集中在整体性研究、选聘意义与成效、选聘的基本做法、女大学生村官工作生活现实问题以及职业发展研究等五个方面。把女大学生村官问题单独剥离出来进行专门研究具有必要性,也有独特的研究价值。今后要站在党中央安排部署全局工作的高度,在政策安排、制度构建和实际操作等方面进一步推进女大学生村官的后续研究。

In 2008,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council carried out a nationwide policy of selecting and dispatching college graduates to serve in rural areas.The work of selecting and dispatching college-graduate village officials has been conducted for ten years.The work of recruiting university student village officials has gone through four stages,including spontaneous exploration in individual areas,extensive tests and popularization in many regions of the country,rising from local pilot project to national top-level design.Over the past decade,the main topics of the research on female college-graduate village officials have focused on five aspects:holistic research,significance and effectiveness of employment,basic methods of employment,practical problems in work and life,and career development research.It is necessary and valuable to research on female college students as village officials as individual subject.The follow-up research should focus on the policy arrangement,system construction and practical operation and so on from the angle of the arrangement of the CPC Central Committee.
