摘要 针对马来西亚槟城吹填造地工程中运距达70 n mile,取砂深度超55 m的深远海取砂吹填作业,进行了超大型耙吸船深远海取砂吹填施工工艺的研究。采用超长耙臂与水下泵组合施工的方式增加取砂深度,提高采砂效率;通过实船探挖,精确确定优质砂源范围;研究形成装舱模拟软件、施工方案比选软件优化施工全过程,有效解决运距远、挖深大、中粗砂长距离吹填等难题,为耙吸船在超长耙臂与水下泵的使用及深远海取砂吹填方面提供借鉴,积累了宝贵经验。 Aiming at the pelagic sand reclamation with a distance of 70 n mile and a sand depth of over 55 m in Penang land reclamation project, Malaysia, a study on the pelagic sand reclamation construction technology of the mega TSHD was conducted. The combination of super-long rake arm and underwater pump can increase the depth of sand extraction and improve the efficiency of sand extraction, and the range of high-quality sand sources is determined accurately by the exploration of real ships. The whole process of optimizing construction is studied and formed by the simulation software of loading cabin and the construction plan comparison software, which can effectively solve the problems of long distance transportation, deep excavation and long distance blow-filling of middle and coarse sand, etc., which provides a good reference for the use of the super-long rake arm and underwater pump, as well as the pelagic sand blow-filling, and accumulate valuable experience.
