减重手术治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的疾病。数据显示,中国人群中2型糖尿病的发生率正逐年增加,社会经济负担巨大。研究发现,不论是否合并肥胖,减重手术均可有效治疗2型糖尿病。但减重手术对部分2型糖尿病患者的控制作用并非永久性,同时,手术适应人群及所带来的副作用仍是需要关注的问题。减重手术治疗2型糖尿病的确切机制尚不明确,目前研究提示与体重减轻、肠道激素、肠道菌群、胆汁酸及胰岛细胞功能改变有关。
