开放住区空间尺度研究

Study on the Spatial Scales of Open Communities

目前,在我国城镇化快速发展阶段,传统的城市空间结构和住区空间模式逐渐解体,大面积封闭式的住区已成为阻碍城市发展的瓶颈。从历史发展纵轴上分析国内外住区空间模式演变过程及存在原因;结合相关理论和研究成果,以多学科视角横向研究我国住区空间模式及设计要点,提出大开放、小封闭的住区空间模式,为我国住区规划建设提供借鉴。

At present, it is gradually disintegration the traditional urban settlements spatial structure and spatial patterns, and a large area enclosed settlements is becoming an obstacle for urban development in the rapid urbanization stage in China. Therefore, this paper analyzed the evolution process of the foreign settlements spatial pattern from the longitudinal axis of the historical development, and the reasons for existence;and it studied the residential quarter spatial patterns and design points from cross-sectional, related theories and academic research, multidisciplinary perspective, and made a great opening-small enclosed block space pattern, and also provided a reference for the planning and construction of China's blocks.
