摘要
教师教育职前与职后发展的一体化要求教师培训活动的专业化。教师培训的专业化包括培训者专业化、培训机构专业化与培训活动组织实施专业化。乡村教师专业发展要求乡村教师培训活动的专业化,目前乡村教师培训存在以城市中心为价值取向、培训者"乡村场域"缺失、培训活动未关注乡村教师作为成人学习者的特征等困境。实现乡村教师培训专业化的路径包括确立乡本中心的教师培训价值取向、县域内建设专业化的乡村教师培训团队、加强县级教师培训机构建设与加强乡村教师培训研究。
Professionalization is the trend of the development of teacher training.It shows the professional training of trainers,the professional training of institutions and the professional training of activities.The rural teachers’development must rely on the teachers’professional training.There are many difficulties in rural teachers’training,the improvement path should be:establishing the‘Rural humanism’value orientation in rural teacher’training;building the professional rural teachers’training team;Strengthening the construction of county level teacher training institutions and rural teachers’training research.
