汽车玻璃热线银浆表面硫化问题已成为一个常见的外观质量问题,其主因是银浆表面硫化所导致,与环境条件密切相关。通过对银硫化原理的分析,找出由于原材料、印刷过程、烧结过程及包装、运输存储差异引起银浆表面硫化的原因,提出解决玻璃热线银浆表面硫化问题的防范措施及注意事项。

Surface vulcanization of hot wire silver paste in automobile glass has become a common appearance quality problem,which is closely related to environment conditions.Based on the analysis of the vulcanization principle of silver,the causes of surface vulcanization of silver paste due to difference of raw materials,printing process,sintering process and packing,transportation,storage have been found out.The preventive measures and points for attention were put forward to solve the surface vulcanization problems of hot wire silver paste.
