桥面碳纤维发热融雪化冰系统影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过在桥面混凝土板内埋设不同布置方式的碳纤维发热线,并改变混凝土板所处的环境条件(温度、风速、冰层厚度),研究发热线布置方式及外界环境对桥面铺装层融雪化冰效率的影响。结果表明,碳纤维发热线的布置间距对混凝土升温影响及融雪化冰影响最显著,其他因素影响则较小。此外,相比冰层厚度影响作用,环境温度和风速对桥面融雪化冰影响作用较大。 The carbon fiber heating wires with different layouts are embed in the concrete slab of the bridge deck,and the influence of the arrangement of the heating wires on the snow melting efficiency of the bridge deck is studied.In addition,the influence of the external environment on the snow melting efficiency of the bridge deck pavement is studied through changing the environmental conditions of the concrete slab,such as temperature,wind speed and ice thickness.The results show that the arrangement spacing of carbon fiber heating wires has the most significant influence on the heating temperature of concrete and snow melting ice.Meanwhile,the other factors have less influence.In addition,compared with the effect of ice thickness,the influence of ambient temperature and wind speed on the snowmelt ice of the bridge deck is greater.
