高龄垂体腺瘤患者经鼻蝶窦切除术的围手术期护理分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Characteristics of Elderly Patients With Pituitary Adenoma Undergoing Transsphenoidal Sinus Resection

目的分析高龄垂体腺瘤患者经鼻蝶窦切除术的围手术期护理要点及方法,为提高护理质量和临床疗效提供参考。方法选取2017年1月—2018年2月行鼻蝶窦切除术治疗的高龄垂体腺瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,术前给予心理护理及常规护理,术后加强病情观察和护理,分析围手术期的护理特点和效果。结果 8例高龄垂体腺瘤患者均得到全面细致的围术期护理,术后出现电解质紊乱3例,尿崩症2例,血糖升高3例,脑脊液漏1例。在积极干预和精心护理后这些患者的上述症状都得到了明显改善。结论高龄垂体腺瘤患者易出现水、电解质平衡紊乱及心肺系统并发症,术后及早发现,有针对性的护理是促进患者术后恢复的关键。

Objective To analyze the key points and methods of perioperative nursing for elderly patients with pituitary adenoma undergoing transsphenoidal sinus resection,so as to provide reference for improving nursing quality and clinical efficacy.Methods The clinical data of senile patients with pituitary adenoma who underwent nasal sphenoidal sinus resection from January 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Psychological nursing and routine nursing were given before operation,observation and nursing were strengthened after operation,and the characteristics and effects of perioperative nursing were analyzed.Results 8 elderly patients with pituitary adenoma received comprehensive and meticulous perioperative nursing care.Electrolyte disturbance occurred in 3 cases,diabetes insipidus in 2 cases,increased blood sugar in 3 cases and cerebrospinal fluid leakage in 1 case.After active intervention and intensive care,the above symptoms of these patients have been significantly improved.Conclusions Elderly patients with pituitary adenoma are prone to water and electrolyte imbalance disorders and cardiopulmonary complications.Early detection after operation and targeted nursing are the key to promote the recovery of patients after operation.
