二茂铁结构在氧化-还原开关表面活性剂中的应用

摘要 氧化-还原开关表面活性剂主要依赖二茂铁(FC)结构,以电化学为刺激响应手段使其发生氧化-还原反应,实现亲水性-疏水性转换。从含有一个二茂铁单元的非离子表面活性剂,发展到多个含二茂铁单元的离子表面活性剂形成的超分子结构,再到含有聚二茂铁嵌段的聚表面活性剂。由于在聚二茂铁和聚乙二醇(PEG)的嵌段共聚物中聚二茂铁嵌段在还原态时具有疏水性,因而显示非离子表面活性剂的特性;而在氧化态时具有亲水性,因而显示双亲水嵌段共聚物的特性而丧失表面活性剂;其无细胞毒性及氧化-还原开关的特性对日用化学品和洗涤用品领域具有吸引力。 Ferrocene(FC)is one of the main molecular fragments of redox switchable surfactants,which is in response to electrochemical stimuli by redox reaction to achieve hydrophilic-hydrophobic conversion of surfactants.Redox switchable surfactants are developed step by step from a nonionic surfactant containing a single FC unit to supramolecular structure formed by some ionic surfactants,each of which containing a single FC unit,finally to a polymeric surfactant containing block poly-FC units.Since the poly-FC block in the aforementioned block polymer(poly-FC)-b-PEG(polyethylene glycol)shows hydrophobic in the reduced state,the block copolymer shows the features of nonionic surfactant,while the poly-FC block shows hydrophilic in the oxidized state,it is only a double hydrophilic block copolymer without surface activity.It is notable that both the non-cytotoxicity and the redox switching characteristics are attractive to the fields of daily chemicals and detergents.
