基于青年消费群体的微型住宅空间设计研究

Research on the Spatial Design of Micro-Residence Based on Youth Consumption Group

微型住宅是一种经济、高效、便捷、灵活多变、建筑面积较小的精巧户型住宅。论文以青年消费群体的微型住宅空间为研究对象,从微型住宅的现状分析,提出了微型住宅空间的设计策略,期望在有限的住宅空间中给青年消费群体一种精致、舒适、时尚、便捷的居住体验,推进人类未来住宅模式的发展。

Micro-residence is an economical,efficient,convenient,flexible smart apartment with smaller building area.Taking the microresidential space of youth consumption group as the research object,this paper puts forward the design strategy of the micro-residence space based on the analysis of the present situation of the micro-residence,expecting to give the young people a kind of exquisite,comfortable,fashionable and convenient living experience in the limited micro-residence space,and promote the development of the future housing mode of mankind.
