The paper discussed the management development of underground pipe network in the transition from digital city to smart city,and put forward the five-dimensional management system of intelligent pipe network.At the same time,it briefly described the technical support system of the intelligent pipe network,and emphasized the importance and urgency of the intelligent pipe network for the realization of the ideal of the smart city.Attention should be paid to the planning and investment in the construction of intelligent pipe networks when planning for smart city construction.
