论基于需求导向的四位一体工会干部教育培训体系构建

On the Construction of Demand-Oriented Four-in-One Trade Union Cadre Education and Training System

工会干部是职工群众信赖的"娘家人",是党的群众路线忠实的执行者,是实现新时代工会新使命的践行者。通过调查分析杭州市工会干部教育培训现状及潜在需求,构建一套融合菜单式课程库、结构化师资库、多样化基地库、全方位保障联盟体的四位一体工会干部教育培训体系,力求培养一支高素质工会干部队伍,为促进新时代工运事业稳步发展提供重要战略保障。

Trade union cadres are the "mother's family" trusted by the workers and masses, the faithful executors of the Party's mass line and the practitioners of the new mission of trade unions in the new era. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation and potential demand of trade union cadres' education and training in Hangzhou, this paper constructs a set of four-in-one trade union cadres' education and training system, which integrates menu-based curriculum database, structured teacher database, diversified base database and all-round guarantee alliance body, to provide an important strategic guarantee for the steady development of industrial transport in the new era.
