摘要
论述参与的印度某项目,通过实施转变思想、招投标管理、本地员工管理、变更与索赔管理等方面,经过梳理管理思路和经验总结,就如何开展海外铁路FIDIC总承包项目顺利实施进行探讨。
Taking an Indian project as an example, this paper introduces the thinking and experience summary of FIDIC general contract project management, and discusses how to carry out overseas project management.
