摘要
情商是学生成功和幸福的关键因素,艺术教育在学生情商培育方面发挥着独特的魅力和优势。本文通过在高职生群体中开展文化艺术节等系列活动,在实践的强化培育下,提高学生自信心、责任心、独立性等情商特征,并经过艺术教育引领情商培育的实践,探索高职生情商培育模块及培育途径。
EQ is the key factor of students'success and happiness.Art education plays a unique charm and advantage in the cultivation of students'EQ.Through a series of activities such as cultural festivals among higher vocational students,this paper aims to enhance students'EQ characteristics such as self-confidence,responsibility and independence under the strengthening of practice.Through the practice of EQ cultivation guided by art education,this paper explores the EQ cultivation module and cultivation ways of higher vocational students.
