摘要
班级心理委员制度是高校心理健康教育工作的有益探索。作者从心理委员制度设置背景、意义、存在的问题及如何加强心理委员队伍建设进行了初步探讨,以期能对高校心理健康教育工作起到一定的借鉴意义,更好地发挥心理委员队伍的作用。
The class councillor system is a useful exploration of mental health education in colleges and universities.The author analyzes the background,significance,and existing problems,then discusses how to strengthen the construction of the psychological councillor team in order to provide some reference for the mental health education work in colleges and universities and better play the role of the psychological councillor team.
