摘要 清代辽宁地区酿酒业迅速发展,成为当时最发达的手工业之一。其中,为辽宁各地普遍喜用,产量最大,饮用面最广当属烧酒。当时辽宁地区烧酒制麴酿造技术已发展成熟。粗犷豪放的辽宁人,喜饮烈酒,嗜酒成风。酒作为人们日常生活中的重要组成部分,逐渐渗透至社会生活的方方面面,产生了相应的习俗与礼仪,形成了独具特色的酒文化。 In the Qing Dynasty,the brewing industry of Liaoning developed rapidly and became one of the most developed handicraft industries.Among them,it is generally used in all parts of Liaoning,with the largest output and the most widely consumed noodles.At that time,the brewing technology of liquor making in Liaoning area has matured.The rough and bold people of Liaoning are fond of drinking and drinking.As an important part of people's daily life,wine has gradually penetrated into all aspects of social life,resulting in the corresponding customs and etiquette,forming a unique culture of wine.
