The proposal of German Industry 4.0 Model has promoted the development of Electromechanical specialty education in higher vocational colleges.This essay firstly summarized the experience of the German Intelligent Factory,as well as the experience of the teachers team building,personnel training and vocational education development in applied universities,and then discussed ways for Electromechanical Specialty education in higher vocational colleges,which involves strengthening joint training,deepening the education mode of school-enterprise cooperation,establishing educational standards,reforming the construction and curriculum content of electromechanical specialties,building a double qualified team,cultivating the concept and atmosphere of dedication and innovation,etc.
