基于“订单项目”的钳工实训开发

Development of Bench-work Practical Training Based on Order

本文以"撮箕"订单项目为例,开发了从接受客户委托书,到完成产品交付整个过程的钳工实训教学。按照"六步法"实施实训教学,设计了学生工作页,学生主动参与整个过程,同组成员分工协作、自主探究,达到了该项钳工实训教学的知识目标和能力目标。

In this paper,taking the "dustpan order" project as an example,the whole process of bench-work practical training has been developed from customer proxy to product delivery.The practical training is carried out according to the "six-step method".A student workpage is designed,based on which students actively participate in the whole process,cooperate with the members of the group,and explore independently.The knowledge goal and ability goal of the bench-work practical training teaching are achieved.
