《孙子兵法》中的领导者性格及能力探析

《孙子兵法》成书于春秋战国时期,距今已经有两千多年的历史。今天品读《孙子兵法》,仍然可以领略到领导者的六大性格,即:"静以幽,正以治"的沉稳、"相敌三十二法"体现出的细心、"登高而去其梯"的胆识、"以虞待不虞者胜"的积极、"为将五德"之诚信、"进不求名,退不避罪"的担当;同时还可以品味出观察力、思考力、决策力、组织力、影响力、执行力等领导者应该具备的六大能力。

The Art of War dating from the Spring and Autumn Period(roughly 771 to 476 BC)bears a history more than 2500 years.Even from a perspective of present day,six distinct personality could be clearly seen in this work.For instance,as is shown in the work,they are namely Clam,Careful,Courageous,enthusiastic,faithful and Capable which are also respectively referred in the work as"To be calm in strategy,and to be strict in disciplining","to observe the opponent in 32 ways","to Abandon the ladder when on top","To win unprepared opponent by being well-prepared","To discipline oneself by five morals","Not to pursue after fame,not to be afraid of taking responsibilities".It can also be seen in the work the essence of leadership namely Observation,Intelligence,Decision,Organization,Influence and Execution.
