本文基于华中数控HNC-818B系统,阐述了雷尼绍primo测头系统与数控系统的适配方法和硬件连接,总结了工件尺寸在线测量的实施步骤,解决了实际应用中测头系统出现的常见技术问题。

Based on Huazhong CNC HNC-818B system,this paper expounds the adaptation method and hardware connection between Renishaw primo probe system and CNC system,summarizes the implementation steps of on-line measurement of work-piece size,and solves common technical problems in practical application of probe system.
