少数民族地区教育扶贫的本土化思考——基于临夏回族自治州调研报告的实证研究 被引量:2

On the Indigenization of Education Poverty Alleviation in Minority Areas——An Empirical Study Based on the Investigation Report of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

摘要 临夏回族自治州作为较为偏远的少数民族地区,教育问题一直受到广泛的关注。近年来,国家大力倾斜义务教育普及政策,立足于小康社会建设目标,教育扶贫是临夏州开展的主要工作。其中州内的国家级贫困县东乡族自治县,作为我国特有的少数民族东乡族的聚居地,在国家政策的扶持之下,一改教育落后的面貌,取得了较大的突破。本文采用访谈法、参与观察法等田野调查方式进行,获得一手资料,进一步探讨少数民族地区教育扶贫工作取得的成就以及未来扶贫工作推进的新思考。 Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as a more remote minority areas,education has been widely concerned.In recent years,the State has laid great stress on the policy of universalizing compulsory education,and based on the goal of building a moderately prosperous society,helping the poor through education is the main task of Linxia Prefecture.Among them,Dongxiang Autonomous County,a state-level poverty-stricken county in China,has made great progress in changing the backwardness of education under the support of state policies,as a special place for the Dongxiang ethnic minority in China.This paper adopts the methods of interview and participation observation,and obtains the first-hand materials,further discusses the achievements of education and poverty alleviation in minority areas and the new thinking on the promotion of poverty alleviation in the future.
