我国机构养老文献综述

Literature Review of Institutional Old-age Care in China

随着人口老龄化进程的不断加剧,我国养老问题日益凸显,养老问题的解决刻不容缓,传统的家庭养老已经无法完全承担起养老重任,机构养老在解决养老问题中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但与此同时也存在着一系列的问题。通过对我国机构养老文献的梳理归纳,从机构养老现状、困境与对策、发展趋势三个方面进行研究分析,以期为以后的研究提供借鉴意义。

With the aggravation of the aging process of population,the problem of old-age care in China is becoming increasingly prominent.The traditional family care for the old has been unable to fully assume the responsibility.Institutional care plays an increasingly important role in solving the problem.By sorting out and summarizing the literature on institutional care for the old in China,this paper studies and analyses the current situation,dilemma,countermeasures and development trend of institutional care in order to provide reference for future research.
