北京市顺义区社区高血压患者自我效能水平及影响因素

Analysis of self-efficacy level and influencing factors of hypertension patients in community in Shunyi District, Beijing

目的了解社区高血压患者自我效能状况及其相关影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的方法,由统一培训过的调查员开展面对面的问卷调查,采用t/F检验、多重线性回归分析等对数据进行统计分析。结果社区高血压患者总体自我效能得分为(44.2±9.2)分;单因素分析显示不同高血压服药史(t=-3.785,P<0.001)、家族史(t=2.080,P=0.038)、服高血压药种类(t=4.147,P=0.016)及不同年龄(t=-2.532,P=0.013)患者自我效能之间差异有统计学意义;多重线性回归分析结果发现年龄(β=0.097,P=0.021)、高血压家族史(β=0.082,P=0.047)及服药史(β=0.147,P=0.001)是影响高血压患者自我效能的因素。结论社区高血压患者自我效能仍需进一步提高,应积极探索提高患者自我效能的因素及途径。

Objective To investigate the self-efficacy status in community patients with hypertension and to analyze related influencing factors.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to conduct face-to-face investigation by trained investigators.The data were analyzed by t/F test and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The overall self-efficacy score of community hypertension patients was 44.2±9.2.Single factor analysis showed that different history of hypertension medication(t=3.785,P<0.001),family history(t=2.080,P=2.080),hypertension medicine(t=4.147,P=0.016)and ages(t=2.532,P=2.532)all displayed statistical difference.The results of multiple linear regression analysis found that age(β=0.097,P=0.021),family history of hypertension(β=0.082,P=0.047)and history of hypertension medication(β=0.147,P=0.001)were the factors affecting the self-efficacy of hypertension patients.Conclusion The self-efficacy of community hypertension patients still needs to be further improved.The influencing factors and effective means to improve the self-efficacy of hypertension patients should be actively explored.
