Through the study of the image, number and theory of Zhouyi, this paper explores the internal relationship between the philosophy of Zhouyi and the fourth industrial revolution, with special emphasis on the relationship between “Yi Number” and “digitalization”. The contents include the meanings of 6 and 9 in the Book of Changes;“days” and Yin and Yang in the Book of Changes;“all things are numbered” and “all things are numbered” and “digitization” put forward by Pythagoras;the relationship between the status of the perfect number 6 and 28 in the Book of Changes and the “number of changes”;the 6-6 cycle of the divinatory symbols in the Book of Changes, the 30 divinatory symbols in the upper and the 34 divinatory symbols in the lower. The mechanism of “primitive return to the end”;the “number of heaven and earth”,“number of things” and “big data”;the “number of changes” and “hypothesis of large numbers”;the philosophical significance and value of “number of changes” in the fourth industrial revolution and the digital era;and the dialectical transformation of entities and numbers.
