In September 2013,Chinese president Xi Jinping made the suggestion for the first time to build an“Economic Belt along the Silk Road”when he visited Kazakhstan.In October that year,President Xi Jinping proposed the construction of a maritime silk road for the 21st Century.The proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative is China’s solution to the advancement of mutual development of the world.
