Developing a positive and healthy intraparty political culture is an important measure to implement the strategy of exercising full and strict Party self-governance in the new era.It is also an inherent requirement for the Party to smoothly carry out a great struggle,develop a great project,advance a great cause,and realize a great dream in the new era.To strengthen the intraparty political culture construction,we must uphold the dialectical unity of politics,people,times and culture.Among them,insisting political dimension is the essence of the class of the intraparty political culture construction in the new era,adhering to the people dimension is of great value to the intraparty political culture construction,sticking to time dimension is the cornerstone and adhering to cultural dimension is the source of spirit.
