社会和经济的不断发展,人口迁移速度日益加快和人口规模的日趋庞大,生活节奏和方式的不断变迁,给社区的传统功能和管理方式带来挑战。现实呼吁社区治理必须由原来的政府主导的自上而下的、单一模式向多参与主体模式转变,政府、企业、社会组织的跨部门合作带动社区居民共同参与给社区治理带来了新的创新和活力。

The continuous development of society and economy,the increasing speed and scale of population migration,and the constant changes of life pace and lifestyle have brought challenges to the traditional functions and management modes of communities.The reality calls for the community governance to change from the original top-down,single mode led by the government to the multi-participant mode,in which the cross-sectoral cooperation among the government,enterprises and social organizations drives the community residents to participate together and brings new innovation and vitality to the community governance.
