随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平日益提高,老年人的养老需求日渐增多,对社会养老服务提出了更高的要求。社区养老作为一种新兴的养老模式逐渐流行。为了更好地满足养老需求,需要建立科学完善的养老服务供给运行机制,让社区养老发展行稳致远。我国城市社区养老服务虽然存在不足,但是市场前景广阔,潜力巨大,值得我们继续关注和研究,为社区养老的发展助力鼓劲。依据当前国内外城市社区养老服务供给的发展成果,构建城市社区养老服务供给的理想框架,分析机制运行过程中的制约因素,可得出有关针对性的建议。

With the development of economy,people's living standard is improving day by day,and the demand for the aged is increasing day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for the social pension service.Community pension is becoming popular as a new pension model.In order to better meet the needs of the elderly,we need to establish a scientific and perfect operation mechanism of the supply of old-age services,so that the development of community old-age care can be stable and far-reaching.Although there are some deficiencies in the urban community pension service in our country,it has a broad market prospect and huge potential,which deserves our further attention and research to promote the development of community pension.Based on the current development achievements of urban community endowment service supply at home and abroad,the ideal framework of urban community endowment service supply is constructed,and the constraints in the process of operation of the mechanism are analyzed,so as to draw pertinent suggestions.
