当前,我国经济发展已经进入新常态。但是,我国农业发展依然面临着农产品供给不能有效满足市场需求的问题,因此必须发挥农民主体性优势,大力推行农业供给侧改革,这不仅是解决我国主要矛盾提高人们对于美好生活追求的现实要求,也是发展绿色循环经济、实现可持续发展的战略需要。

At present,China's economic development has entered the new normal stage.However,in China's agricultural development,we are still facing the problem that the supply of agricultural products cannot effectively meet the market's demand.Therefore,it is necessary to bring the farmers'subjectivity into full play and vigorously carry out agricultural supply-side reform.This is not only to solve the principal contradiction in China at present for people to strive for a better life,but also to develop green economy to implement the strategy of sustainable economic development.
