文化产业与职业教育产教融合创新机制研究——以少女偶像组合为视角

A Study on the Innovation Mechanism of Integrating Enterprises with Vocational Education in Cultural Industry:From the Perspective of Young Girl Idol Group

产教融合是文化产业与职业教育深度合作的办学模式。少女偶像组合产业作为中国文化产业的典型代表,具有与职业院校进行产教融合的现实需求与动力。少女偶像组合产业与职业教育产教融合的战略定位包括人才培养的应用性、少女艺人的稳定性和服务区域经济发展的目标。在办学模式上以"校企合作"与"引企入校"模式为主。在人才培养路径上,少女偶像组合产业与职业院校开展多层次、多形式的合作,搭建以小剧场公演为载体的艺术教育实践平台,推动"教演一体"模式和"双师型"教学团队建设,并推进少女艺人培养的国际化和新技术应用人才培养。在产教融合的评价标准上,少女艺人和技术人才培养目标的达成度、市场需求的适应度、质量保证运行的有效度、师资力量与办学设施的支撑度构成了主要内容。

The integration of production with education is a model of deep cooperation between cultural industry and vocational education.As a typical representative of the Chinese cultural industry,the young girl idol group has the real needs and motivation for integrating enterprises with vocational schools and universities.The strategic positioning of this mode includes the application of the program,the stability of young girl artists,and the goal of serving local economy.In the education mode,it mainly focuses on the"school-enterprise cooperation"and"introduction of the enterprise to the school"models.In the way of talent training,the young girl idol group industry and vocational schools carry out multi-level and multi-form cooperation such as building an art education practice platform based on the performance of small theaters and promoting the"the integration of teaching and acting"model,as well as constructing"dual qualified teachers team"to promote the cultivation of internationalized young girl artists.In the assessment criteria of this mode,the implementation of the program,the adaptability to market demand,the effectiveness of operations,and qualification of teachers as well as the school facilities should be evaluated.
