大思政格局下高校基层团支部思想引领能力探析

Analysis on the Leading Ability of College Primary-level Youth League Branch under the Great Ideological and Political Vision

作为"大思政"格局的重要组成部分,高校共青团组织在青年学生思想政治引领工作中具有不可替代的作用,因此要坚持把高校团支部的建设放在最基础、最重要的位置。面对新时代背景下中国特色社会主义思想工作所提出的新要求、新战略,高校基层团支部必须创新工作思维与路径,与时俱进,主动适应社会环境的变化。当前高校基层团支部还存在着思想引领能力不足、方式方法传统老套、班级团支部建设力度不足等问题,应从打造共青团品牌建设、调整团支部引领方式、完善团干部选拔和考核机制、推进"班团一体化"等入手,培养高素质的专业人才队伍,开创高校"大思政"格局。

As an important part of"Great Ideological and Political Education",the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable role in the ideological and political leadership among young students.Therefore,it is the most basic and important task to insist on the construction of Youth League branch in colleges and universities.Faced with the new requirements and new strategies put forward by the socialist ideological work with Chinese characteristics in the context of the new era,the primary-level league branch in the colleges must innovate working thinking and path,and actively adapt to changes in the social environment.At present,the primary-level league branches in colleges and universities still have problems such as insufficient ideological leadership ability,outdated methods,and deficient construction of class-level branches.Through the establishment of the Communist Youth League brand,the adjustment of the group branch guidance,the improvement of the group cadre selection and assessment mechanism,and the promotion of the integration of the class and group,etc.,high-quality professionals can be cultivated,and"Great Ideological and Political Education"in colleges and universities can be formed.
