N2-ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌的治疗现状及研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 N2-ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)目前在治疗方案是临床上备受争议的一组疾病,对偶发性N2患者仍以外科手术切除为主,术后补充化疗或放化疗;对不可切除融合或巨块性N2治疗以同步放化疗为主,但对于临床潜在可切除多站或单站N2(cN2)治疗方案则颇多争议,尚无统一治疗方案。本文综述了N2-ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌的治疗策略,手术、化疗和放疗如何选择,每个病人都应该经多学科讨论,以确定最佳方案。
