摘要 聚矿槽是自然崩落法矿山中一项重要的施工内容,其施工速度、施工质量直接制约着矿山的生产能力。普朗铜矿生产初期采用先爆破形成切割井,后以切割井为自由空间通过中深孔爆破的方式最终形成聚矿槽,该种方式每次爆破完切割井后均需要进行大量的出矿,施工周期长,且施工人员安全难以保证。矿山根据生产需要,通过引进国内外先进设备、技术,经过多次试验,成功实现聚矿槽切割槽中深孔爆破一次成槽。 As an important construction content of the natural caving method,the poly mine groove directly affects the impact capacity of the mine.The initial production of the Pulang copper mine uses the first blasting to form the cutting well and then the medium-deep hole blasting method was used to form a poly mine groove,this method requires to produce a large amount of mining after each blasting of the cutting well,and the construction period is long,the safety of the construction personnel is difficult to ensure.According to the needs of the mine,through the introduction of advanced equipment and technology at home and abroad,after many experiments,the deep hole blasting was used to form the cutting slot and poly mine groove at the same time successfully.
