In recent years,as a social cancer,the pyramid selling activity has grown in intensity,and the ways of pyramid selling are more complicated and more deceitful.More and more college students are deceived into pyramid selling organization.Their personal safety and property security is extremely threatened,and the social impact of pyramid schemes is extremely bad.To protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students and maintain the stability of society,connotation,extensions,characteristics and illegality of the pyramid selling activities are analyzed and countermeasures are systematically put forward.Only by effectively cracking down on illegal activities of pyramid marketing organizations can the legitimate rights and interests of college students who have been cheated into pyramid marketing organization be protected.
