中塔边界问题的解决及启示

边界问题涉及国家主权和领土完整,是国际关系中最敏感和最难处理的问题之一。我国疆域辽阔,与14个国家陆地接壤,边界问题错综复杂。2011年7月12日,中塔两国签订的勘界协议书正式生效,标志着中塔边界历史遗留问题的彻底解决,这对中塔关系进一步发展奠定了良好的基础。通过对中塔边界问题的由来、解决过程进行梳理,探讨解决中塔边界问题的经验及启示,为中印边界以及其他领土纠纷问题的解决提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Boundary issue involves national sovereignty and territorial integrity,and it is one of the most sensitive and difficult issues in international relations.China has a vast territory and borders 14 countries on land,and the boundary problem is complicated.On July 12,2011,the demarcation agreement signed between China and Tajikistan entered into force,marking the complete settlement of the historical legacy of the Sino-Tajikistan border.This has laid a good foundation for further development of China-Tajikistan relations.By sorting out the origin and settlement process of the China-Tajikistan boundary issue,this paper discusses the experience and enlightenment of the settlement of the China-Tajikistan boundary issue,so as to provide some reference for the settlement of the China-India boundary issue and other territorial disputes.
