采用CAVF法的橡胶沥青改性机理研究

Study on Modification Mechanism of Rubber Asphalt Using CAVF Method

橡胶沥青混凝土路面具有低噪音、各种抗性良好、保养简单等特点,对高速公路的使用寿命和运行质量至关重要。文章基于橡胶沥青路面的特性与优点,介绍了橡胶沥青的改性机理,分析了基于CAVF法的橡胶沥青混合料的级配设计方法和性能,并结合广西隆林至百色高速公路项目,介绍了橡胶沥青混合料的配合比设计、施工工艺和质量控制措施,对橡胶沥青路面施工和质量管理具有借鉴意义。

Rubber asphalt concrete pavement has the characteristics such as low noise,good resistance and simple maintenance,so it is very important for the service life and operation quality of expressways.Based on the characteristics and advantages of rubber asphalt pavement,this article introduces the modification mechanism of rubber asphalt,and analyzes the gradation design method and performance of rubber asphalt mixture based on CAVF method,then,in combination with Guangxi Longlin-Baise Expressway project,it introduces the mix ratio design,construction process and quality control measures of rubber asphalt mixtures,which has reference significance for rubber asphalt pavement construction and quality management.
