自动翻转箱体设备的设计与控制 被引量:3

摘要 针对人工翻转箱体设备重复率高、劳动强度大的现状,提出基于PLC自动控制的翻转箱体设备及控制系统的设计方案。首先设计了翻转箱体设备的机械结构,然后根据翻转箱体设备的平台升降、抱手夹紧、箱体翻转等动作的逻辑控制设计出气动控制模块。根据建立的气动系统原理图和控制系统流程图,进一步建立手动控制、自动控制及单循环控制顺序工作功能图。采用TIA Portal V13软件编写回原点、模式转换、手动、自动、暂停、报警、卸载及气压检测等控制程序。该基于PLC自动控制的翻转箱体设备有效解放了劳动力并且提高了翻转效率。 Aiming at high repetition rate of the flip box equipment in artificial labor intensity,it puts forward the design scheme of PLC flip box equipment based on automatic control.It introduces the mechanical structure of the tilting box body device,illustrates the design of the pneumatic control module with the logic of lifting,holding clamp and tilting box body device platform.Based on the principle of pneumatic system diagram and electric control system flow chart,it applies sequence control to realize PLC control precision,good reliability,fast response speed and strong anti-interference ability and good applicable occasions,takes the mode conversion button to realize manual and automatic and single cycle three control mode.Based on TIA Portal V13 software,it develops the program to realize the functions such as manual automatic and single cycle sequence function chart,mode conversion,manual and automatic,pause,alarm,unloading and pressure detection.The system effectively liberates the labor force and improves the turnover efficiency.
