摘要
针对装配车间的质量管理需求,将卡尔曼滤波和统计过程控制技术相结合,在分析装配车间质量管理流程的基础上,选择关键装配工序作为质量监控点,采集关键工序数据,经过卡尔曼滤波处理后,采用合适的统计过程控制图来分析数据,从而实时地监控装配质量。通过对车间质量数据的分析,实现了对装配质量的有效控制,提高了车间的装配效率。
In the view of the requirement of quality management at assembly process,it combines Kalman filter with SPC Technology,analyses the assembly quality management process,selects the key assembly process as the quality control point,collects data of key process,analyzes the data with appropriate SPC control chart after Kalman filtering,and monitors the quality of assembly.Based on analysis of quality data of the workshop,it shows that the method achieves the effective control of assembly quality,improves the efficiency of assembly workshop.
