摘要
首先介绍了压电陶瓷的应用及其原理,然后通过实验研究比较了3种常用压电材料(PZT-4、PZT-5H、PZT-8)振动作用下产生的电压和输出功率。结果表明,当选用以PZT-5H压电陶瓷作为压电层、以黄铜作为金属支撑层制作压电悬臂梁时,该种压电材料的压电系数和物理特性更适合输出高的电功率。
It introduces the application and principle of piezoelectric ceramics,compares the voltage and output power generated by the vibration of three commonly in piezoelectric materials(PZT-4,PZT-5H,PZT-8).The result shows that taking the piezoelectric cantilever with PZT-5H piezoelectric ceramic as the piezoelectric layer and brass as the metal supporting layer,the piezoelectric coefficient and physical properties of the piezoelectric material are more suitable for outputting high electric power.
