基于喷气压电驱动器的机械振动主动控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 传统方法对喷气压电驱动器机械振动进行控制时,很容易产生误差,而且控制过程耗能较多。为了解决此问题,提出一种基于喷气压电驱动器的机械振动控制方法。根据设计的机械振动控制理论模型,分析系统在工作时会产生的能量,通过控制能量改善机械振动控制效果。在建立机械振动控制理论模型后,给出控制过程,通过改变开关状态改变电驱动器的电压值,通过与传统控制方法的对比实验验证该控制方法的效果,由实验结果可知,该方法对喷气压电驱动器机械振动进行控制时误差较小,消耗能量相对较少,具有很好的市场发展空间。 The traditional method can easily produce errors when controlling the mechanical vibration of the jet electric actuators,and the energy consumption of the control process is more.In order to solve this problem,a mechanical vibration control method based on jet piezoelectric actuator is proposed.According to the theoretical model of mechanical vibration control,the energy generated by the system is analyzed,and the effect of mechanical vibration control is improved by controlling the energy.After establishing the theoretical model of mechanical vibration control,the control process is given,and the voltage value of the electric driver is changed by changing the state of the switch.The effect of the control method is verified by the contrast experiment with the traditional control method.The result shows that the method has less error when controlling the mechanical vibration of the jet pneumatic actuator.The energy consumption is relatively small,which has a good market development space.
