摘要
地铁信号设备种类多且关联性强,引起信号系统失效的故障信息类型较多,故障采集数据具有随机性和模糊性,仅仅分析设备故障率并不能够评估设备组件故障发生概率的相对变化率所引起的整个系统故障的相对变化率(关键度),导致运营期间无法有效针对关键设备进行维护,造成过维护或欠维护的情况。本文以地铁信号设备运营安全性、可靠性及可维护性的需求角度出发,为改进和完善信号设备的维护方法,提出了通过层次分析法与基于模糊理论的评估专家打分相结合的方法,从设备对行车的安全性影响度及列车服务可靠度、故障率、维护价值、维护成本、维护时间、故障检测难度8个方面综合评估信号设备的关键度,减少测评专家的主观性影响,确保通过判断矩阵的一致性检验,为运营信号设备维护方法提供了一种新的思路。
There were diverse classifications of signaling devices in metro system. These highly connected devices could generate immense failure category of signaling system. Since the data sampling was random and unpredicted;analyzing the failure rate of a device cannot evaluate its key-degree in the system. Therefore,it was hard to maintenance critical devices efficiently,which could be over-maintenance or under-maintenance. In this paper,a method was introduced to evaluate the key-degree of each device. Several characters were analyzed,including safety and reliability of train affected by signaling equipment failure,failure probability,saved value,cost and time spending on maintenance,difficulty to locate the failure,etc.,based on the requirement of safety,reliability and maintainability in revenue service. The method also introduced a model regarding fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP) and rough sets theory( RST),reducing the subjective judgement,increasing the robust of consistency check of judgement matrix,for offering a new methodology on maintenance strategy to the decision maker.
