高中生生涯发展导航系统的设计与实践研究——以上海市七宝中学为例

Research on The Design and Practice of Navigation System for Career Development of High School Students: Take Shanghai Qibao High School As an Example

高中阶段开展生涯教育,既是教育政策的一项基本主张,也是近几年新高考改革对高中生基本素养的一个新要求。上海市七宝中学基于学校和学生自身的实际状况,探索在新高考改革背景下建构高中生生涯发展导航系统的有效路径和方法,积累了一定的经验,取得了一些成效。希望这些探索能为当前普通高中的生涯教育实践提供借鉴,为高中生的个性发展、全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

Carry out career education in high school is not only a basic proposition of education policy, but also a new requirement of the new college entrance examination reform on the basic quality of high school students in recent years. Based on the actual situation of the school and the students themselves, Shanghai Qibao High School explored an effective way and method to construct the navigation system for the career development of high school students under the background of the new college entrance examination reform, and accumulated some experience and achieved some results. It is hoped that these explorations can provide references for the current career education practice of ordinary high schools and lay a foundation for the personality development, all-round development and lifelong development of high school students.
