摘要 对玉米纤维的组成及结构特性、适用的预处理技术和乙醇发酵菌株进行了综述,并对国外现有工业化玉米纤维乙醇技术及其应用进行了归纳,以期为我国燃料乙醇企业提供参考。 The composition and structure feature of corn fiber,the suitable pretreatment technology,and ethanol fermentation strains were summarized.The abroad status of corn fiber ethanol technology development and industrialization was also introduced,which could be a reference to Chinese fuel ethanol companies.
