电动汽车充电设施在人居环境中的标准化需求

New Standardization Demand of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities in the Human Settlements Environment

本文针对城市人居环境中新能源电动汽车充电设施的共性标准化现状和需求开展了系统性的分析。两位独立编码员通过内容分析法对已发布的国内和国际标准的内容和条款进行了编码归类,总结出了八种标准化需求类型。利用半结构型问卷调研,收集到了除标准现有内容外,公众认为人居环境方面需要纳入考虑的因素。经过"归纳-演绎"的逻辑分析路径,得到了另外四项标准化新需求,包括无障碍设计、电磁辐射、儿童安全防护和城市景观融合。研究结论为新能源电动汽车充电设施的人居环境标准化体系建设提供了基础框架。

This study aims to systematically analyze the current situation and new demands on standardization issues of the electric vehicle charging facilities to be installed in the urban human settlements environment. Two raters independently classified the contents and articles published in both national and international standards. These were coded into eight catalogues that are related to human settlement environment. A survey based on semi-structured online questionnaire was conducted to collect new standardization demands from public opinion. The results of the survey and comparative analysis between national and international standards presents four new standardization demands of electric vehicle charging facilities in human settlements:(1)accessibility design;(2)electromagnetic radiation;(3)security of children;(4)urban landscape consistency. The conclusion of the study can be used as a basic framework of the standardization system of electric vehicle charging facilities in the urban human settlements environment.
