摘要
本文以济宁市为例研究了船舶污染物排放的现状,对其船舶污染物排放进行了预测,为济宁港船舶污染物接收处置管理制定了详细的模式,以此对京杭运河沿线地区的船舶污染物接收转运处置提出了有针对性的问题和建议,为京杭运河沿线地区提高污染物接收处置能力,提升污染物管理控制水平,促进生态绿色发展提供参考。
This paper takes Jining City as an example to study the current situation of ship pollutant discharge,and predicts its ship pollutant emissions.It has developed a detailed model for the ship pollutant receiving and disposal management in Jining Port,which is used in the areas along the Jinghang Canal.Ship contaminant receiving and transshipment disposal has put forward targeted problems and suggestions,providing reference for improving pollutants receiving and disposing capacity along the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal,improving pollutant management and control level,and promoting ecological green development.
