摘要
清障车是一种为了保持道路通畅而设计的装备有道路清障救援设备的专用车辆。本文针对某托吊联体型清障车吊臂,采用Solidworks软件建立其三维模型,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行有限元分析,根据全伸状态下最大、最小仰角两种典型工况,对吊臂总成施加边界条件。其结果使吊臂的强度分析更加具有可靠性,为清障车的设计开发以及专用作业装置结构相似的有限元分析计算提供一些有益的探索与参考。
The wrecker is a special vehicle equipped with road clearing and rescue equipment designed to keep the road open.In this paper,a three-dimensional model is built by Solidworks software for a type of hoisting and lifting tow truck boom.The finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software.According to the typical working conditions of maximum and minimum elevation angle in full extension,the boom is used.The assembly imposes boundary conditions.The result makes the strength analysis of the boom more reliable,and provides some useful exploration and reference for the design and development of the wrecker and the finite element analysis and calculation of the structure of the special operation device.
