“一带一路”倡议背景下内蒙古对蒙古国、俄罗斯金融合作的思考

Thoughts on the Financial Cooperation with Mongolia and Russia in Inner Mongolia under the Background of "Belt and Road" Proposal

"一带一路"倡议实施以来,内蒙古作为国家沿边开放前沿,借助边疆区位优势,积极开展与毗邻国家蒙古、俄罗斯的全方位合作,其中在金融合作方面进展明显,有力支撑了内蒙古与蒙古、俄罗斯两国双边贸易发展,但是金融合作的深度和广度还有继续拓展的空间。文章在梳理金融合作进展及存在问题的基础上,提出了深化金融合作的几点建议。

Since the implementing of"Belt and Road",as the open frontier of China,depending on the regional advantage,Inner Mongolia is undertaking all-round cooperation with Mongolia and Russia.In particular,the development of financial cooperation is obvious,which supports the bilateral trade development with Mongolia and Russia forcefully.However,there are still expanding space in depth and scope in financial cooperation.This paper combs the development of financial cooperation and the existed problems,puts forward suggestions on deepening financial cooperation.
