摘要
本文结合民族地区高校蒙汉双语授课毕业生的就业特点,基于模糊综合评价法,并结合特尔非法,以内蒙古财经大学土地资源管理蒙汉双语专业毕业生为例,对蒙汉双语毕业生就业质量进行评价。结果表明,该届毕业生就业质量为达标等级。该校在提高蒙汉双语毕业生就业质量的过程中,应当着重注意升学率、专业对口率和薪金水平三个方面的影响。本文的研究对同类问题的评估有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Delphi Method,this paper investigates the employment characteristics of graduates taught in Mongolian and Chinese in colleges and universities in areas inhabited mainly by ethnic minorities.Taking the graduates of the major of land and resources management taught in Mongolian and Chinese of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper intends to evaluate their employment quality.The results show that the graduates'employment quality is standard.When improving the employment quality of these graduates,Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics should adhere to the influence of enrollment rates,rates of jobs with matched majors and salaries.Through the study,this paper can be used for evaluating similar issues as reference.
